Aubrey provided an essential presence when I needed it most to work through some complex emotions following a sexual assault. We met over several sessions that began with singing and drumming- releasing tensions, helping me sink into a meditative inner rhythm. Then, together we co-created and envisioned a healing gathering. We imagined the closest women in my life coming together to build a flower mandala and encircle my home with candles, read poetry and end the night with a healing sound bath.
